Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the United States, the store will show items as unavailable at checkout.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There are no handling fees and no minimum order value.

Made to order: production time

Your portrait is rendered from your photo and then printed after you order. Printing takes 2–5 business days in our US print facility, counted from the day the artwork is final (48 hours after we email you the artwork, or sooner if you tell us to go ahead). Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays.

Delivery time

Once it ships, your order arrives within 2–8 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is usually 6–15 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier backlogs and peak periods can add time.

How it is packed

Posters ship rolled in a protective tube. Canvas prints ship boxed.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when you order, an email with your finished artwork within 24 hours, and tracking by email when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, email cloudbandsupport@gmail.com and we will look into it.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address before completing your order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once at no charge.

If your order does not arrive

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, contact us at cloudbandsupport@gmail.com and we will reprint it or refund you in full, your choice. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
