Who we are

What you are buying

A personalised poster or canvas print made from artwork we render from a photo you upload, in the style you choose. The artwork is generated by software from your photo; the artwork we email you after your order is what prints. We describe the paper, sizes and timings as accurately as we can; screens vary, and printed colour can differ slightly from what you see on screen. Minor variation between the emailed artwork and the print is normal and is not in itself a fault. If you are unhappy, our refund policy applies.

Your photo

You confirm that you own the photo you upload or have permission to use it, and that it contains no other person's likeness without their consent. We use your photo only to make your portrait and to email it to you. We do not use your photo or your portrait in our marketing without your written permission. Uploaded photos and renders are deleted from our systems within 90 days of delivery.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free and there are no hidden fees. Prices may change at any time before you order; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item was listed at an incorrect price, where we cannot ship to the address given, where the uploaded photo is unusable or unlawful, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Age

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

Personalised goods

Because each item is made to order from your photo, it cannot be returned or exchanged once printed. Our refund policy sets out the free re-render before printing and the free reprint or refund for a damaged or wrong item.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the consumer laws named in our refund policy.

Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images, layout and branding, belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You keep all rights in your photo. You may use the portrait we make for you for any personal purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
