If the portrait is not what you hoped for, reply to the artwork email within 48 hours and we render it again with another photo or style — up to two times — before it prints. Because each poster is personalised to your pet, we cannot accept returns; a print that arrives damaged is reprinted free.

What photo works best? A sharp photo of one pet, face to the camera, taken in daylight, eyes visible. Blurry, dark or multi-pet photos may not render well — if ours can't work with it, we email you for another before anything prints.
Can I see it before it prints? Yes. We email the finished artwork within 24 hours of your order, and nothing prints for 48 hours unless you tell us to go ahead sooner.
How long does it take? Artwork within 24 hours, then 2–5 business days in production, then 2–8 business days shipping within the US.
