Within 24 hours of receiving a usable photo and that OK, the watermarked preview comes back by reply.
About buying a print right now
Being straight with you: we are not taking print orders through this round. Our first physical sample is being printed and checked — the paper, the colour, the packaging, how it arrives. Until it has been held and passed, we are not going to ask anyone to pay for one.
The honest part
- The portrait is AI-rendered from your photo in a painted style, using fal.ai. The file you upload is handled by Tally, who host this form. The examples on our site and social accounts are demonstrations made from public-domain photos, not customer orders.
- Your photo is used to make your portrait and for nothing else. We won't post it or share it unless you say we can — we'll ask separately, and "no" is fine.
- We're doing 20 free previews in this round, by hand. Each accepted request takes one slot; when they're gone, this page will say so.
